Winter in Santiago of Chile

Arriving in Chile I knew that winter is always cold, but never that cold. Every winter in Santiago of Chile oscillate around 10 degrees average during the day, then at night oscillate nearby 0 degrees. But 2017 winter had a snowy day, very rare in Santiago of Chile.

I woke up that day feeling like I’m leaving in a regular winter, to me not that cold. I went outside and the first thing that I saw was a table full of snow, then I was so amazed that I went outside to see more snow.

All the cars parked outside were covered in snow, I started walking along the street, trees, bush and roofs were hidden under the snow.

The landscape was really impressive to me, we were amused by the views. We rarely see snow in the city, you have to go to the mountains to get a bit of snow.
